What is the Realtor Referral Program?This program rewards real estate professionals for referring clients to lease private office space at the Innovation Hub.

How does the program work?Realtors complete a two-step process: Realtor Registration Form (One-Time Submission): Captures contact info, brokerage details, payment information, and brokerage authorization Referral Submission Form (For Each Lead): Submitted for each referred client before they tour or sign up, ensuring proper tracking and timestamping.

Who is eligible to participate?Licensed real estate agents and brokers who refer clients looking for private office space.

Is there a cost to participate?No, participation is completely free.

How do I submit a referral?After completing the Realtor Registration Form, realtors submit the Referral Submission Form for each client before they tour or sign up. The forms will be available on our website.

What is the Brokerage Authorization requirement?Since all payments must go to the realtor’s brokerage, the Realtor Registration Form includes a Brokerage Authorization section where: Realtors provide their Brokerage Name and Brokerage Contact Information. Realtors confirm via checkbox acknowledgment that their brokerage is aware of and approves their participation.

What happens if my client has already contacted the coworking space?If the referred client has toured or inquired within the last 90 days, the referral does not qualify unless the realtor's involvement materially influenced the decision to lease.

What if two realtors claim the same lead?If two realtors claim the same lead, the referral will be awarded to the realtor who submitted their Referral Submission Form first via the online system.

How is the commission paid?The $300 referral fee is paid to the referring realtor's brokerage, not directly to the realtor. The brokerage will then handle the commission split according to its internal agreement with the realtor.

What if I am an independent broker?If you are an independent broker and authorized to receive payments directly, you may provide your brokerage details on the Realtor Registration Form to receive payments without a third-party brokerage split.

How will I know if my referral has been approved?Our team will confirm the referral upon submission. Once the client meets the 3-month requirement, we will notify the brokerage and process the payment.

Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?No, there is no limit! The more successful referrals you make, the more you earn.

Do I get any additional benefits for multiple referrals?Yes! If you refer three or more clients in a calendar year, you will receive a free coworking membership ($200/month value).

What kind of office spaces are available?Our private offices range from $600 to $1,000 per month and come with flexible month-to-month leases, high-speed internet, meeting room access, and community amenities.

How can I learn more or see the space?We welcome realtors to tour the space! Contact us to schedule a visit or attend one of our upcoming realtor events.
